In January 2022, KD Content was approached by Agora Models to take its business — which already had footholds in the UK, the US and Europe — into the Japanese market.
Our team established a Japanese branch office for Agora Models, initially breaking into the market with six models but with plans to expand. We facilitated import and customs clearance, warehousing and fulfilment, delivery, website translation and adaptation, promotion, social media marketing, content creation and customer service. KD Content also identified and managed YouTube partners for Agora Models promotion.
Agora Models was fully functioning and accepting orders within 10 months.
